Job Introduction
South Yorkshire CRC are currently recruiting for a Performance Manager, the role will be based in Sheffield however, you will be required to travel throughout South Yorkshire.
This role involves significant engagement with the Performance Management Unit in Sodexo, as well as with various departments within the CRC and NOMS including the Contract Management Team. The role is to ensure that high quality performance management information is provided and that the CRC achieves all Contract Milestones and Service Level metrics required.
Role Responsibility
The role is to be the Performance Manager for the Community Rehabilitation Company (CRC). This role involves significant engagement with the Performance Management Unit in Sodexo, as well as with various departments within the CRC and National Offender Management Service (NOMS) including the Contract Management Team. The role is to ensure that high quality performance management information is provided and that the CRC achieves all Contract Milestones and Service Level metrics required.

Package Description
Starting salary Band 4, £29,038 per annum, pro rata
37 hours per week, 27 days holiday + 8 bank holidays, defined contribution pension scheme, company sick pay, group discount scheme
