Performance Manager - Advertised on behalf of Northumbria CRC

Job Introduction

Northumbria CRC are currently recruiting for a Performance and Information Manager to be based at the Head Office Hub at the Quorum Business Park, Newcastle. However you will be required to travel throughout the Northumbria area.

You will be required to manage performance activity of a dispersed and mobile staff team to provide assurance to the Senior Management Team.  You will be required to deliver consistent contractual achievement and develop a culture of high quality performance. You will work with a group of regional and national performance leads and as such some regional and national travel will be required.

Role Responsibility

  • Ensure delivery of all Service Level Measures and Assurance Metrics.
  • Ensure that CRC data is managed in an effective and timely way.
  • Manage the ongoing development of an Information Strategy to support Northumbria CRC
  • Assist in the development of and be responsible for the implementation of OMS throughout Northumbria CRC
  • Work with the Regional Information Security Officer o ensure data integrity at all times
  • Manage the development and implementation of all performance systems within Northumbria CRC
  • Ensure research and analysis is undertaken to identify trends and solutions to support the operational delivery of Northumbria CRC
  • Represent Northumbria CRC at regional and local meetings including holding responsibility for data and performance information for the Senior Contract Manager
  • Undertake a programme of assurance activity agreed with the SCM
  • Manage develop and appraise accountable staff
  • Work to high professional standards through positive role modelling
  • Promote inclusivity in all areas of work
  • Ensure compliance with Northumbria CRC Health and Safety Requirements

The Ideal Candidate

You will need to demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills, sound judgement, an ability to resolve complex problems and a commitment to valuing diversity and achieving equality. The role requires experience and aptitude with large scale data sets and a high level of attention to detail. A full understanding of the work of Probation Practice would be advantageous alongside data/quality assurance knowledge in a commercial context. We are seeking to recruit someone with excellent ICT skills who is confident in the use of a range of software packages including Microsoft applications and Business Objects. We are particularly keen to hear from you if you have strong leadership and project management skills.

 

You will be required to work closely with the external Contract Management Team and internal Senior Management Team (who you will report to directly).

Package Description

Band 5 starting salary of £35,024

37 hours per week, 27 days holiday + 8 bank holidays, defined contribution pension scheme, company sick pay, group discount scheme.
