Pensions Analyst

Job Introduction

We are looking to recruit someone to support the Head of Pensions in the delivery of reporting and adherence to policies of various pension schemes and international mobility across Sodexo UK & Ireland. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has an interest in this area and would like to specialise further. The role offers the opportunity to be trained both internally and externally, including gaining external accreditation. Sodexo is a global business, employing around 34,000 employee across the UK & Ireland, offering a range of facilities services across a range of clients from healthcare, justice, defence and corporate. This position is full time however we may consider four days a week if required.

Role Responsibility

Contract role 12 - 14 months

The role involves managing relationships with third party providers to ensure cohesive service to pension members and international assignees. You will be developing and enhancing knowledge of pensions and migration rules, becoming a subject matter in this field. Working across the Sodexo business you will maintain relationships with payroll, finance and HR, providing support and training to the HR Shared Service Centre when required. Supporting the Head of Pensions, you will produce monthly contribution reports, administer employee and pension scheme changes within  SAP HR  and support in the design and implementation of key projects.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, analysing, manipulating and summarising data.
  • Able to source information externally, build knowledge and find solutions
  • Ability to resolve day-to-day problems independently
  • Basic knowledge of Pensions procedures, policies and regulations
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Willing to learn

Package Description

Up to £31,900 + 10% Bonus + Pension.

Full time role although would consider 4 days a week.
