PPM Coordinator

Job Introduction

Sodexo Corporate Services are recruiting a PPM Coordinator to join our team in Leeds.

As PPM Coordinator, you will have responsibility for improving supplier performance of planned based activity to allow for better compliance and supplier reporting.

The first 6 months in role will be spent focusing on the performance of the PPM suppliers – ensuring they attend planned work within SLA and use the system as per agreed process – Thus ensuring accurate compliance reporting across the estate 

The role will develop as the data and performance of the suppliers improves with the aim for the role to become more analyst based.

 

 

Role Responsibility

  • Chase and escalation management
  • FMR – Asset based analysis
  • Compliance ppm analysis & reporting
  • Compliance remedial analysis and reporting
  • E2E performance (ppm and ppm remedial analysis
  • Quote FMR analysis to inform how/when we can bundle works
  • Trending analysis

- best/worst sites
-PPM vs reactive
-Mean time to repair
-Mean time between repairs
 

The Ideal Candidate

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good telephone manner.
  • Strong MS Office skills together with knowledge and first-hand experience of CAFM systems
  • Experience of building strong client relationships
  • Ability to influence outcomes, overcoming barriers and obstacles faced.
  • Experience with data analysis
