Operations/Premises Administrator London

Job Introduction

We are looking to recruit an Operations Administrator to provide a high level of administrative support within the Premises & Banking Operations department at one of our corporate offices in London.

You will ensure operational excellence across all duties and to be the central point of contact for the departmental Managers to coordinate reports, procedures policies and KPI’s.

 

Role Responsibility

  • Building and maintaining client relationships on site and throughout the wider client organisation
  • Provide support to members of the Banking Operations & Premises team with admin related duties
  • Monthly review of department generic internal compliance reports
  • Admin support for IT department
  • Diary management for senior managers
  • Travel booking & Stationery management
  • Premises helpdesk support
  • To coordinate and collate the required Sustainability reporting

The Ideal Candidate

  • A high level of IT skills with experience of Microsoft packages
  • Professional attitude and commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
  • Experience of working in an environment where compliance to standards is key
  • Experience within the service industry desirable
