Operations Manager

Job Introduction

We have an exceptional opportunity for a facilities professional to support the growth of one of our FMCG contracts. As the Operations Manager you will be directly responsible for the performance delivery of technical and soft services within the Northampton and Leeds sites for a high profile contract.

 

Role Responsibility

  • Deliver an ethos that promotes IFM with value focused on the customer and service
  • Implement the site asset management strategy and delivery of asset maintenance, ensuring effective asset lifecycle management for buildings, facilities and equipment at sites.
  • Lead a local team in the service delivery of technical and soft services.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant statutory and regulatory obligations for asset management,
  • Ensure effective asset lifecycle management for buildings, facilities and equipment at site.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Experienced at a professional level with a proven track record of managing facilities management services
  • Ability to manage technical teams and services
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Member of  BIFM
  • IOSH Certificate in Managing Safely
  • High level of practical knowledge of relevant employment, hygiene, Health and Safety and general legislative requirements
  • Member level of  HCIMA
  • Member level of CIOB
  • NEBOSH Qualified
