Package Description
To interact with customers, colleagues and suppliers ensuring a prompt, professional and efficient service in terms of initial telephone or email response, accurate recording of requests for service and escalating problems before they become issues.
Act as first point of contact for all enquries, requests and comments regarding facilities services from tenants, clients and fellow Sodexo colleagues. Log, prioritise and communicate reactive maintenance tasks. Assist the Senior Technician and Facilities Manager in scheduling and monitoring planned maintenance activity.
This is a "hands on" role that will involve personal input/action within all facilities service functions.
Work close with the acommodtion team providing a one stop seamless service to tenants, visitors and staff.
Has a thorough knowledge of the property, its layout, services provided, its policies and procedures and its key personnel.
Deal with enquiries and requests for information, producing reports and back up information as required.
Information must be accurate and up-to-date, maintained in a logical and accessible manner.
Deal with suppliers/sub contractors to obtain information on services.placing and tracking orders and services.
Provide information on worksheets for facilities team reflecting the priority and urgency of the task.
Assist in maintaining the security of the property through the allocation of keys, the electronic fob access system and access to CCTV images.
Deal with daily mail sorting and distribution.
