Night Cleaner Supervisor

Job Introduction

To provide reliable and high-quality housekeeping and janitorial services for the United Airlines lounge prior to, its opening times.
Supervise and support night cleaners team
To Maintain the presentation and cleanliness of all designated areas, bathroom and kitchen facilities.
To ensure all areas are cleaned efficiently and in a timely manner to the required standards – this is to include weekly and period tasks.

Role Responsibility

Communicate with staff at start of shift and co-ordinate as required
To work on areas with, or in the absence of staff ensuring all areas are covered.
To complete RTW, holiday cover, timesheets and stock for each dedicated area
Provide stock lists and carry out stock takes for weekly order requirements
Ensure regular checks of cleaning equipment used are carried out . Any faults or defects are reported to line manager
Ensure that work instructions and safety procedures are followed and implemented
Carry out inductions to new members of staff attending site
Carry out staff training as required
Adhere to all company and client policy's procedures, site rules and regulations
Respond positively, politely and promptly to all customer requirements and carry out your duties in a professional manner

The Ideal Candidate

Essential

Cleaning skills and experience
Good knowledge of COSHH
Strong customer service skills
Highly motivated
Attention to detail
Able to work on own initiative within a team environment

Desirable

Previous Cleaning/Supervisor experience
