Mobilisation Manager

Job Introduction

Sodexo have recently secured a major contract to provide Property Management Services to a high profile client in Northern Ireland. We are in the process of adding to our talent pool and looking for experienced professionals with Commercial, Technical and Leadership skills in the Hard FM and Construction Industries.

This is an exciting opportunity to help us grow our business and deliver transformation across a significant property portfolio.

Role Responsibility

To design, implement and manage a mobilisation project plan that delivers the contract obligations, meets the targeted milestones and promotes Sodexo’s and the project specific principles. The role will include responsibilities for creating, managing and reporting on the project plan, risk register, obligation matrices. Working within the senior contract team this role will be pivotal in communicating and co-ordinating all mobilisation activity with the client and  third party stakeholders

Managing a team of approx 45, an estate of 167 sites with a GIA of approx. 300,000m2
 
  • Create and publish an agreed project plan setting out all tasks, milestones and responsibilities
  • Align project plan with the client team
  • Project manage the plan identifying and resolving issues
  • Manage a contract obligations matrix, including allocation of tasks to the contract team, completion of obligations to time/quality requirements and escalation of issues and risks 
  • Proactive engagement with the client and incumbent supplier teams to ensure delivery of the contract objectives.
  • To implement and manage a mobilisation governance and reporting regime
  • To act as an ambassador of the contract team
  • Publish, manage and report on the mobilisation programme to ensure all milestones are met, risks managed and governance requirements adhered to. 
  • Achievement of all mobilisation and 1st month live obligations are met
  • Achievement of contract objectives 

 

 

The Ideal Candidate

  • Proven track record of successfully managing mobilisation/change project/programme
  • Demonstrable eye for detail and focus on management of tasks to completion within timeframes
  • Excellent planning and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent project reporting (written, verbal & presentation) skills
  • Strong client/3rd party relationship management skills
  • Experience of a regulated/security environment
  • Good management and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team

Required:

  • Demonstrable (expected 10 years) project management experience in similar environment
  • Team management skills
  • Accurate, detailed and exacting
  • Strong communication skills

Desirable:

  • Project Management qualification
  • Contract mobilisation
