Mobilisation Manager - Technical Services

Job Introduction

 

Sodexo are looking for an experienced maintenance expert who has had exposure to the mobilisation of new contracts and can quickly understand what the statutory compliance and PPM for the site is and be able to highlight any risks for Sodexo.

You will join the Mobilisation Deployment team within BIGS and be responsible for delivering the desired solution onto our client sites with a given mobilisation timeframe.  Working closely with colleagues in Sodexo and the client’s incumbent suppliers, you will ensure the site and its TUPE operatives are suitably onboarded with minimal disruption to the site operations.

To be successful in this role you will be resilient, have excellent attention to detail have effective communication skills at all levels.

Role Responsibility

  • Oversee and support as required due diligence and mobilisation projects, capturing salient points for escalation where there are gaps.
  • Identify and document all follow up actions arising from Due Diligence and mobilisation activity and allocate to appropriate account person to be actioned.
  • Escalate and manage risk to the PMO during mobilisation phase and ensure these risks are mitigated.
  • Provide a phased handover and provide remote support post mobilisation

The Ideal Candidate

What’s essential:

  • A recognised apprenticeship or HNC in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
  • Will have an excellent understanding of M&E maintenance and Building maintenance
  • You will have experience of delivering and/or mobilising Hard Services contracts
  • You will be collaborative in your approach and be able to work well with your wider team
  • You will be able to adapt well to multiple projects and be able to provide an update to your manager

£38,000 - £44,000 + excellent benefits and company car available
