Mobile Multi Skilled Technician

Job Introduction

We are currently looking to recruit a multi-skilled technician to work with the site based engineering team for our Diageo contract.

This role will predominantly be based across London.

Role Responsibility

  • Respond in a timely manner to verbal and written requests.
  •  Assist with monthly reports
  • Act as First point of contact for the site engineering requirements and deputise for the cluster technical manger during holiday periods
  •  Sign off Engineering work sheets ensuring completion within allocated times and return to the helpdesk daily
  •  Carry out multi skilled activities within the engineering remit
  •  Be technical lead for hard services
  •  Control of sub-contractors PPM visits (review risk and method statements)
  •  Manage and maintain sub-contractor documentation ensuring all records are correct and accurate
  •  Manage and maintain Sodexo QMS ensuring all files are up to date
  •  Take a positive lead in any internal/external audit process
  •  Manage and maintain the asset register updating when required
  •  Responsible for the Health & Safety of the maintenance team
  •  Carry out PPE audit checks

The Ideal Candidate

  • Ability to show a professional attitude to whatever jobs carried out.
  • A good knowledge of health and safety
  • Ability to handle tools correctly and safely
  • Minimum City & Guilds level 3 qualified
  • Good communication skills.
  • Multi skilled.  Be Electrically (17th edition of the IEE Regulations) +mechanically qualified
  • Experienced within the building services engineering field
  • Prioritising skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines
