Marketing Offer Development Manager
We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join the Sodexo Sports and Leisure Marketing team on a 12 month fixed term contract. This role is to work on projects associated with developing our service offers across our range of venues and events; this could include service style, pricing strategy, menu and promotional activity. Key to this role will be development of insight and market analysis to support best in class on-going offer development.
The team are based in London however we are open on location.

For over 40 years we have been providing bespoke catering and hospitality services for sports stadia, racecourses, visitor, attractions, historic venues, major events and premium airline lounges. Recognised across the globe for hospitality, we help create exceptional moments at extraordinary events such as Royal Ascot, Tour de France, The Open Championship and RHS Chelsea Flower Show.
This role will involve collecting and analysing Clients and Consumers data, ensuring offers are relevant and resonate in target markets, leading to accelerated retention and business growth. Working with teams across Sodexo, you will ensure robust customer value propositions are in place, you will develop creative content for the offers, packaged and ready for B2B and B2C channels whilst measuring performance and ROI. There are some exciting projects taking place in the next 12 months, which this role will manage and oversee, including changing the service offers across some of our large venues and stadiums.
