Management Opportunities - Hard FM, Technical, Engineering

Job Introduction

Role Responsibility

Due to the diversity or roles and services across Sodexo, our roles can include:

  • IFM Facilities Management, managing multiple service lines including both technical services and soft services
  • Hard Services Management, management of hard services, M&E and technical services
  • Compliance, management of compliance and health & safety
  • Engineering, deploying engineering expertise including mechanical or electrical engineering or general maintenance
  • Effective management of people, systems and process
  • Responsible for ensuring the quality of the physical environment and standards of services provided.
  • Accountable for safety and security of the campus, including compliance and understanding of risk, reporting and governance processes, ensuring that these are fully applied, complied with and adhered to.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience in a similar role(s)
  • Previous technical experience relevant to the role
  • Relevant industry qualifications in mechanical and/or electrical engineering
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent people management skills
  • Highly organised and pro active
