Responsibilities:

Execution of non-technical works to include but not exclusive to:

Painting decorating
General repairs/handyman duties within Sodexo facilities management team
General mechanical ,plumbing and electrical knowledge
Logging all jobs on the facilities management database and raising work permits
First fix any items on site that is within his ability or remit as agreed with the client.
Dealing with the client, i.e. attending some informal meetings, answering phone requests and reverting with updates on job progress
Moving office furniture
Issue work permit to external service provider under the guidance of the facilities co-ordinator
Other ad hoc duties

The Ideal Candidate

Previous experience in a similar role, teamed with the ability to deliver the highest standards of hygiene and Health and safety
