Mail Room Porter
Job Introduction
The purpose of the job is to provide an efficient, professional mail service to our Clients and on site Contractors so involves sorting the incoming mail, delivering the mail correctly and timely and franking outgoing mail. There is also a requirement to organise and support stationery deliveries which involves manual handling
Role Responsibility
Logistics: (Experience preferred but not necessary)
Organising courier shipments and keeping track of documentation
Collecting and distributing parcels ensuring all good in and out are recorded.
Franking outgoing post
Ordering and distributing stationery
Monitoring printers and toner cartridges
Collection and distribution of mail from multiple Cambridge sites.
X-raying incoming mail
Reprographics:
Previous Reprographics experience preferred
Produce and print documents using small and large format printers
Use print finishing equipment, guillotine, binding machine, laminator
Be proficient in using Microsoft office programs (a must)
Flexible working hours around quarterly results
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate must have excellent verbal and written skills, strong customer service skills as well as having competent IT skills.
