Learning & Development Facilitator
Job Introduction
10 - 12 month contract.
We are looking for a trainer to join our team in Stevenage to deliver a range of training courses across our central curriculum.
Sodexo are currently the 18th largest employer worldwide and supply a complete range of facilities management services to customers across healthcare, defence, education, corporate and justice.
Role Responsibility
- Delivering the central Learning and Development curriculum
- Identify, manage and communicate with all required business stakeholders
- Work with L&D Business Partners to build excellent relationships in the business
- Facilitation and coaching activities
- Maintaining appropriate records to allow tracking and evidence of training
- Ensuring the learning environment and resources support learner needs including group management and individual delegate support. This will increase learners engagement, improve learning rates and grow L&D’s reputation
- Preparing the learning environment and resources, including setting up IT equipment where appropriate to support session structure, this will increase learner confidence through professional service delivery
- Delivering training programmes in both a formal (e.g. tutor led) or informal setting, supporting and coaching learners to deliver skills, including utilising learning technologies with credible leadership capability to meet all learning needs
- Evaluating the effectiveness of training delivery
- Maintaining appropriate records to allow tracking and evidence of training
The Ideal Candidate
- Experience of delivering training
- Strong communication skills
- Awareness of different learning and development technologies’.
Package Description
£25,000 + benefits (pro rated)
Part time role - 3 or 4 days a week, flexible but ideally working Tuesday, Wed, Thursday.
