Lead Head Chef
Job Introduction
As a Lead Head Chef you will deliver the food programmes appropriate for our client in line with agreed Sodexo brands.
Role Responsibility
Act as an ambassador and provide exceptional customer service
Preparing, cooking and serving food that excites customers and builds long term relationships with colleagues, customers and clients.
Ensure the prompt and efficient preparation and service of all meals to the company’s standard and to the client’s satisfaction
Maintain compliance, cleanliness and hygiene of the unit to the required Sodexo standards, Service Level Agreement and as expected by our client
The Ideal Candidate
Previous experience in a senior culinary role
IT skills, including catering management systems
Good communication skills
Excellent organisation and planning skills to manage food production
A passion for food and service delivery
Excellent customer service
Excellent managerial skills and be able to help colleagues to reach their potential
P&L experience. Good financial awareness with the ability to analyse budgets, sales figures and forecasts to drive the P&L and deliver financial success
