Lead Head Chef

Job Introduction

As a Lead Head Chef you will deliver the food programmes appropriate for our client in line with agreed Sodexo brands.
 

 

Role Responsibility

    Act as an ambassador and provide exceptional customer service
    Preparing, cooking and serving food that excites customers and builds long term relationships with colleagues, customers and clients.
    Ensure the prompt and efficient preparation and service of all meals to the company’s standard and to the client’s satisfaction
    Maintain compliance, cleanliness and hygiene of the unit to the required Sodexo standards, Service Level Agreement and as expected by our client
 

The Ideal Candidate

    Previous experience in a senior culinary role
    IT skills, including catering management systems
    Good communication skills
    Excellent organisation and planning skills to manage food production 
    A passion for food and service delivery 
    Excellent customer service
    Excellent managerial skills and be able to help colleagues to reach their potential
    P&L experience. Good financial awareness with the ability to analyse budgets, sales figures and forecasts to drive the P&L and deliver financial success
