Kitchen Porter
Job Introduction
We are currently seeking a highly talented and driven person to work in the one of our Cork sites.
We are looking for someone with excellent organisational skills, the ability to prioritise their workload and have the ability to communicate effectively with a range of audiences.
You will be working as part of a team but you will at times be expected to work independently and under your own initiative.
Role Responsibility
- Food Preparation
- Wash up /Pot Wash
- Decanting Deliveries
- Food Service
- Haccp due Diligence recording
- Cleaning general areas
- Cleaning and stock rotation in stores and Fridges /Freezers
The Ideal Candidate
- A good team player with varied experience in the food service industry
- Knowledge of HACCP a plus
- A good team player who can also work on own initiative
- This person needs to be flexible on hours as will need them to cover holidays and illness from time to time
- Preferred Previous experience
