Job Introduction

Sodexo have been responsible for managing Catering Services at Doncaster Royal Infirmary since January 2018. To support delivery of our service we require additional resource in the kitchen area. This role will focus on the cleaning of kitchen utensils and equipment including pots, pan and ovens whilst also ensuring the kitchen and food service areas are thoroughly cleaned every evening.

Role Responsibility

To clean kitchen equipment including crockery, pans and trolleys to a high standard ensuring they are ready for the next service
To clean down surfaces and floors, using correct equipment to ensure high levels of cleanliness
On occasion you may be required to perform other catering duties which could include basic food preparation.

The Ideal Candidate

Although full training will be given we would be interested in hearing from candidates who demonstrate:

Previous experience as a kitchen porter
Some knowledge of food and food safety practice
Cleaning experience
The ability to work as part of a busy team

Package Description

£7.83 per hour.

8 hours: Saturday and Sunday (4 hours each day)

12 hours: Thursday - Saturday (4 hours each day)

16 hours: Sunday - Wednesday (4 hours each day)
