Job Introduction

.Food Service Assistant

Role Responsibility

Working alongside the kitchen management team, you will be part of a dynamic group that aims to provide food that not only exceeds our guest expectations in flavour, substance and presentation, but is also in line with agreed company & legal standards.

  • To perform a variety of tasks associated with food production, front of house services and any general support required with due regard to all Health & Safety and Food Safety regulations
  • Assist in general cleaning of the kitchen, maintaining high standards of hygiene
  • Provide high quality service to customers and client in line with a food service offer that is applicable to sector and client
  • Adhere and monitor all health and food safety, in a proactive way
  • Work with product and customer service teams to develop ongoing culinary vision

The Ideal Candidate

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Good food knowledge
  • Managing Safely
  • Food Safety or Local/International Equivalent
  • Guest relationship skills
  • Food/Recipe knowledge
  • High Presentation Skills
  • Calm and patient under pressure
  • Able to work within a very busy lounge and stressful environment
  • Overall a passion for food
  • Demonstrative customer focus and service skills
