Job Introduction
.Food Service Assistant
Role Responsibility
Working alongside the kitchen management team, you will be part of a dynamic group that aims to provide food that not only exceeds our guest expectations in flavour, substance and presentation, but is also in line with agreed company & legal standards.
- To perform a variety of tasks associated with food production, front of house services and any general support required with due regard to all Health & Safety and Food Safety regulations
- Assist in general cleaning of the kitchen, maintaining high standards of hygiene
- Provide high quality service to customers and client in line with a food service offer that is applicable to sector and client
- Adhere and monitor all health and food safety, in a proactive way
- Work with product and customer service teams to develop ongoing culinary vision
The Ideal Candidate
The Ideal Candidate:
- Good food knowledge
- Managing Safely
- Food Safety or Local/International Equivalent
- Guest relationship skills
- Food/Recipe knowledge
- High Presentation Skills
- Calm and patient under pressure
- Able to work within a very busy lounge and stressful environment
- Overall a passion for food
- Demonstrative customer focus and service skills
