Marine Administrator
Job Introduction
We are looking for a Marine Administrator to join the Sodexo team at Bateaux London and someone who can be the Designated Person Ashore when required. This newly created position will involve marine specific paperwork and administration for a small fleet of vessels operating on the Thames in central London and Windsor. Role Responsibility
This role involves working with the operational management team, providing a range of administrative support and completing marine specific paperwork. You will be working closely with the Head of Marine, providing admin support and completing general office tasks such as photocopying and responding to emails. Reacting to incoming requests you will maintain an efficient filling system, dispatching correspondence and taking phone calls. In addition there will the need to raise invoices on occasion and complete payment details. This is a varied role which involves ensuring all the marine compliance administration is completed and the office runs effectively.
