Junior Project Manager - Building and Fabric
Job Introduction
We have an exciting opportunity for a CAD project Manager to join our team based at one of our pharmaceutical contracts in Hertfordshire.
You will provide a CAD service for office layouts and manage client requests through a structured process as well as work with the project team to deliver facility upgrade projects across site
Role Responsibility
- Liaise with internal and external customers the client and engineers at all levels
- Plan works and deliver in accordance with business needs
- Manage project costings in a dynamic and changing environment
- Management and ownership of projects, whether fabric, M&E or other including Specification, tendering, procurement, costing, and reporting
- Ensure strong communications with customer throughout project process
- Ensure maximum value for money wherever possible through bundling and single sourcing of any project activity, using self-delivery or external supply chain,
- Produce 2D drawings using AutoCAD
- Carry out site surveys
