Are you inspired to be a future leader and have 2 to 3 years post graduate experience in a Facilities Management role?

Then Sodexo has a fantastic opportunity for you to join our Facilities Management International Development Programme.

At Sodexo we live and breathe our Quality of Life proposition and are looking for individuals with the same values and behaviours. This is a fantastic role for someone who has 2 to 3 years post graduate professional experience in a Technical/Engineering role, ideally within M&E/Electrical or Building Services and is looking for a career in the Facilities Management industry in the UK with international exposure.

The successful individual will join us on the programme for a period of 24 months, at the end of which successful candidates would move into a permanent role within the UK or Internationally.

After a settling in period you will look at building expertise in 4 key areas, completing specific Learning & Development activity to aid development, key projects and with support from coaches and mentors as well as an overseas placement to build a truly global mindset. The 4 areas include;

  • Facilities Management Operations
  • New Contract Mobilisation
  • Sales and Bid Management
  • Functional departments

The Ideal Candidate

Ready to apply?

We are looking for the following criteria;

Essential

  • An appropriate level of Post Graduate experience in the FM sector (engineering in M&E/Electrical or Building Services)
  • Graduated with minimum 2:1 degree
  • Capable of completing an overseas assignment, as you will be required to work/live abroad for at least 6 months during the programme. There is also potential for future roles to be based overseas.
  • You can communicate and engage people and love being part of a team
  • You have strong analytical skills
  • You have super digital, IT and social media skills
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and manage complex projects
  • Must be willing to travel in the UK and overseas
  • You have a thirst for knowledge
  • You have lots of initiative
  • You must meet the right to work criteria for the duration of the programme for the UK.
  • Must have excellent oral and written English

Desirable

  • Fluent in an additional language is preferred

We are offering a salary of £35,000 per annum, potential bonus, annual leave and pension.
