Interim Project Support

Job Introduction

We have an critical role available for an interim project support, to understand existing processes, analyse their effectiveness and make improvement recommendations. You will also need to document agreed processes and procedures for new operating model. You will identify cost-saving efficiencies to ensure project budget is met & ensure we are fit for the future.We require an individual with a wealth of experience within project support to manage a wide scale project & travel is required to 5 sites within the UK.

Role Responsibility

You’ll be responsible for:

  • All project stages; scoping, design, agreeing designs, pre-start, onsite management, closing out and handover
  • Translating our clients’ requirements and providing appropriate solutions
  • Managing the different internal client’s project budget and where required value engineering the installation to ensure maximum profitability
  • Providing technical support to the different parts of the business and delivering on the Sodexo vision following successful new contracts.
  • Acting as an Employer’s agent or contract administrator to ensure that the project meets all stakeholder’s expectations

The Ideal Candidate

  • Lean 6 Sigma
  • Proven experience as a Project Management professional 
  • Experienced in managing budgets and project finance and the ability to remain focused on day-to-day performance whilst simultaneously pursuing longer-term goals
  • Self-motivated and able to make project critical decisions autonomously
  • Able to travel to 5 sites across the UK
