Role Responsibility

• Deliver profitable services against a backdrop of high expectation ensuring budgets are managed and met
• Drive the quality and integrity of the services provided whilst equally supporting the achievement of the contract financial objectives
• Exercise significant influence over multiple client stakeholders to provide opportunities for growth within an environment that can be changeable and has conflicting priorities from different stakeholder groups
• Identify opportunities for organic growth and new business opportunities
• Drive a zero-harm mindset throughout the site

The Ideal Candidate

Essential

• Considerable experience in a FM leadership/management role
• Experience of delivering soft and technical services through a management team across one or more sites
• Proven experience of managing a high profile, quality led P&L contract
• Experience of leading a site based and responsibility for budget and profitability 
• Significant experience within a multi service line FM environment
• Experience of leading a local project management team
• Familiar with operational excellence techniques/philosophy
• Excellent relationship management at all levels
• High level of practical knowledge of SHE and legislative requirements
• High level of practical knowledge of technical services or relevant technical qualification, and soft services

Desirable / Supporting Technical & Catering Qualifications and Competencies:

• Qualified engineer or equivalent qualifications
• NEBOSH General Certificate (Level 1&2
• Authorised Person (Trade Discipline Specific)
• Certification in Risk Assessment
• ISO Standards Internal Auditor
• Water hygiene & quality Management (L8)
• BIFM or CIBSE desirable
• NVQ level 3 time served technician, who has then progressed into management with some form of management or FM qualification
