Job Introduction

The Events Coordinator is an exciting role to proactively generate income and clients for the Company through venue hire. This role will involve the day-to-day coordination of the delivery of events and their administration alongside providing exemplary customer service.

Role Responsibility

Stocktaking
Direct contact with kitchen team
Organising Rota with Deputy Manager
Organising day to day running of events
Attending room booking meetings
Monitoring room standards
Team huddles with Team to communicate key information
Gatekeeping and managing day to day organisation of the Hospitality business

The Ideal Candidate

To be successful in this role, you must have a background in events or hospitality management, experience working with building management systems and databases, and the ability to work in a fast-paced busy environment.

We are looking for a passionate, driven Hospitality Supervisor to join our team at Birkbeck College. Supervising a team of 3 you will be organising the day to day Hospitality operation.
