Hospitality Supervisor

Job Introduction

The Events Coordinator is an exciting role to proactively generate income and clients for the Company through venue hire. This role will involve the day-to-day coordination of the delivery of events and their administration alongside providing exemplary customer service.

Role Responsibility

  • Stocktaking 
  • Direct contact with kitchen team
  • Organising Rota with Deputy Manager
  • Organising day to day running of events
  • Attending room booking meetings
  • Monitoring room standards
  • Team huddles with Team to communicate key information
  • Gatekeeping and managing day to day organisation of the Hospitality business 

The Ideal Candidate

To be successful in this role, you must have a background in events or hospitality management, experience working with building management systems and databases, and the ability to work in a fast-paced busy environment.

We are looking for a passionate, driven Hospitality Supervisor to join our team at Birkbeck College. Supervising a team of 3 you will be organising the day to day Hospitality operation.
