Hospitality Service Assistant - Part Time

Job Introduction

We are currently seeking a highly talented and driven person to work in the one of our Dublin sites.

We are looking for someone with excellent organisational skills, the ability to prioritise their work load and have the ability to communicate effectively with a range of audiences.

You will be working as part of a team but you will at times be expected to work independently and under your own initiative.

Role Responsibility

  • Assist with the daily delivery of food and drink to the meeting suites.
  • Assist with the preparation and set up of hospitality rooms before and after any event.
  • Provide fine dining services when required.
  • Maintain the cleanliness standards as set by management
  • Develop positive customer relationships.
  • Take direction and assist the fellow team members when required
  • Have an understanding of restaurant & kitchen operations.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Be well groomed at all times,
  • Have an excellent time management skills and anticipate off schedule requests.
  • Previous experience in banqueting, fine dining & reception operations is desirable.
  • An ability to work under pressure and think fast is a must.
  • This is a high profile establishment so fluency in English and correct manners are expected.

Package Description

Hospitality Service Assistant - Part Time

Monday to Friday

20 hours per week
