Helpdesk Operative

Job Introduction

We currently have an opportunity for a Helpdesk Operative to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a customer focused individual to join a world leading food and facilities management company, which can offer unrivalled opportunities for career progression.

Role Responsibility

  • Answering all calls within SLA
  • To take responsibility for all calls and e-mails assigned and to follow through to completion.
  • Record relevant information on the services database enabling accurate transfer of information.
  • To liaise with other Helpdesk Team members and communicate any problems to Helpdesk Supervisor/Manager.
  • To issue daily and weekly reports as and when required within the team.
  • To provide cover on Reception.
  • To Liaise with the Site Services teams on all sites that we cover.
  • Cover the relevant site Ambassador role, representing the team.
  • To carry out all duties of the post in accordance with Sodexo policies and procedures.
  • To carry out any other duties and responsibilities from time to time commensurate with the role.
  • Must be willing to be flexible to provide sickness and holiday cover when necessary.

Package Description

Helpdesk Operative required- 16 Hours per week Monday - Thursday 8am - 12 noon
