Job Introduction

We currently have an opportunity for a Helpdesk Administrator to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a customer focused individual to join our company.

Role Responsibility

Helpdesk Operator tasks include

  • Raising Purchase Orders
  • Data Input
  • Completion of excel spreadsheets
  • ITS System Administration
  • General office administration duties
  • Daily, weekly and monthly reporting
  • Liaise with customer’s internal & external
  • Contract billing administration
  • Such other reasonable tasks as may be defined from time to time

The Ideal Candidate

Essential

  • IT literate, with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Excellent telephone manner

This position is subject to security clearance, which is essential for access to Government buildings.
