Role Responsibility
Helpdesk Operator tasks include
- Raising Purchase Orders
- Data Input
- Completion of excel spreadsheets
- ITS System Administration
- General office administration duties
- Daily, weekly and monthly reporting
- Liaise with customer’s internal & external
- Contract billing administration
- Such other reasonable tasks as may be defined from time to time
The Ideal Candidate
Essential
- IT literate, with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Good attention to detail
- Excellent telephone manner
