Helpdesk Administration Support Assistant

Job Introduction

We currently have an opportunity for a Helpdesk Administration Support Assistant to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a customer focused individual to join a world leading food and facilities management company, which can offer unrivalled opportunities for career progression.

Role Responsibility

  • Have the ability to manage conflicting priorities in a complex working environment
  • Customer Communication – keeping end customers informed of progress of Work Order
  • Work across multiple teams
  • Contract understanding – ATC, NTC and Discrete task
  • Workflow of the help desk from Work Order initiation to Work Order completion
  • Ensure end Customers are kept informed of Work Order Progress and follow up after Work Order is closed to identify areas for continuous improvement
  • Keep metrics to demonstrate helpdesk is well organised and productive.
  • Ensure e-prophit close to ensure accuracy and timeliness of weekly and monthly returns

  • Advanced IT skills, particularly MS Office suite.

Desirable

  • Previous exposure to CAFM Systems
