Head of Promotions, Digital and Insight

Job Introduction

Due to continued growth within the business, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Head of Promotions, Digital and Insight. In this role, you will work closely with the senior food platform team, agencies, segments and key stakeholders to deliver effective promotions, digital and insight strategy in the UK&I.

Role Responsibility

  • Design and evolves Sodexo’s Regional Omni-Channel Retail Promotions & Digital Support framework, in line with Segment Marketing needs.
  • Provide digital experience leadership to Retail Development teams on digital properties to create consumer engagement campaigns, and build retail channel platforms (social, web, screen, loyalty, payment etc), that are regionally sensitised and drive both ROI and Comparable unit sales growth
  • Drive, support and challenges Omni-Channel Retail capabilities regionally and in line with segmented consumer needs
  • Inform and champion global POS technology strategy and focuses on ensuring Sodexo is able to leverage technology to support the Consumer Experience and harness data to improve Sodexo competitiveness.
  • Manages and develops print production and quality and manage third party agencies
  • Identify and harness innovative ways to integrate consumer voice/insight into design processes across both physical and digital development.
  • Direct and lead cross discipline (onsite & online) development sub-teams when appropriate in the creation of new content driven retail experiences.
  • Establish a regional strategy and roadmap for both physical and digital consumer experience integration with technology and POS systems to deliver against Global Consumer Retail Experience to differentiate Sodexo
     

The Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience in a similar role - Ideally with experience in Omni-Channel Marketing, Service/ Payment Product development, Retail Operations with International reach.
  • Experience within graphic design and insight  
  • Strong experience and proven track record in Omni-Channel Marketing
  • High level of computer literacy (Microsoft and project management)
  • Strong knowledge of Digital & Payment trends
  • Ability to sort large amount of data and consolidate output to drive marketing campaigns
  • Proven ability to deliver on time projects
  • Ability to work autonomously and remote (if applicable)
  • Ability to travel globally and work in a diversified setting
  • Flexibility to work “if applicable” with different time zones and schedules
  • Multi lingual skills is an advantage
