We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team on Bateaux, the capital's leading dining cruise experience on the Thames, they combine quality, superb entertainment and spectacular views from the river, our unique dining cruises capture the excitement of London from a truly special perspective. If you are a Chef with a restaurant and banqueting environment, with a passion and flair for culinary arts then we would like to hear from you. This is a role for a Chef who enjoys seeing their work on a plate, wants to create an experience for the customer and can bring innovation to the role. Working in a truly unique environment this role offers an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Chef to join our team.

Role Responsibility

Continuously exceeding the expectations of service delivery for 125,000 guests per annum
Manage, motivate and lead a team of 10 employees to deliver high standards
Ensure deadlines and targets are met across all areas of the business
Able to interpret and utilise commercial and financial information to ensure costs and expenditure are controlled

The Ideal Candidate

Passion for creating an exceptional experience
Experience delivering high volume banqueting operations
Current knowledge of culinary trends and techniques
Strong leadership and communication skills
Hold a valid Intermediate Food Hygiene certificate
Brigade management experience
