HVAC / Electrical Technician

Job Introduction

We are currently seeking a HVAC / Electrical Technician to work in the one of our Dublin sites.

We are looking for someone with excellent organisational skills, the ability to prioritise their workload and have the ability to communicate effectively with a range of audiences.

You will be working as part of a team but you will at times be expected to work independently and under your own initiative.

Role Responsibility

Planned Preventative Maintenance electrical and HVAC inspection
Emergency Lighting Testing
BMS analysis and fault finding
General maintenance duties
Assisting other technicians with PPM’s and ad hoc projects
Participation in energy saving analysis and implementation

The Ideal Candidate

HVAC experience desirable – experience maintaining AHU’s, chillers, air conditioning, VRF units
Refrigeration experience a definite advantage
Electrical or mechanical trade certified
FGas certification desirable
