HR Support, Reward and Pensions Assistant

Job Introduction

Working in a small team you will be providing customer support to the wider business, relating to all aspects of rewards, compensation and pensions. You will be involved in taking phone calls relating to employees rewards and benefits packages providing advice, resolving queries and producing reports. The role involves a large amount of administration and is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in a career in HR whilst being passionate about customer service.

Role Responsibility

This role involves performing various administrative tasks relating to employee compensation, rewards and benefits information, ensuring it is accurate and updated on the system. You will take calls from employees to provide advice, answer any questions and respond to requests via email. Handling calls in a responsive, efficient and customer focused manner. In addition you will be involved in analysing data and producing various reports.  The role is based in a busy team environment; full training on the systems will be provided however attention to detail is key in this varied role.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Customer service focused and committed to providing a helpful, friendly, responsive HR service
  • Well organised with ability to work accurately to tight deadlines
  • Accurate with good attention to detail
  • Experience of using Excel, able to use basic formulas and VLOOKUP.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills including an excellent telephone manner
  • Able to work cooperatively within a team and on own initiative

Package Description

Up to £19,000 + Benefits.
