HR Advisor

Job Introduction

We have an opportunity for a HR Advisor to join the team for a 12 month contract to cover maternity leave. Based out of our Cork office this role will provide support and advice to the business, working directly with the HR Director and Operations team to drive growth profitability through employee productivity and satisfaction.

We are now looking to recruit a HR Advisor to work with our sites, supporting the wider HR strategy and providing employee relations advice.

 

Role Responsibility

Reporting to the HR Director, you will work on key HR projects across resourcing, employee development, employee relations, rewards and employee engagement. Providing advice and support to your customer group you will build relationships and become the trusted advisor for the business. This is a varied role, involves travel and has a key focus on Employee Relations. It's an excellent opportunity to utilise your HR experience within an autonomous role.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Ideally CIPD qualified or part qualified.
  • Generalist HR experience, ideally across multiple sites
  • Knowledge of performance management and processes
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • Technical expertise in Employee Relations.
  • Ideally experience of dealing with Trade Unions, although Sodexo does not, as standard, formally recognise any one union.
