Job Introduction

We are looking for someone to join us for 12 months, to support the HR Business Partners with a range of HR administration tasks, relating to all areas of HR from rewards, pensions, TUPE to new starter on boarding. This is an extremely varied role, involving producing statistical information, writing letters, booking travel and providing HR advice. This role would suit someone who is well organised, interested in HR and has an understanding in this area.

Role Responsibility

This is a varied role undertaking tasks on behalf of the HR Business Partners and HR Manager; you will be involved in administration tasks for pension schemes, company cars and rewards including flexible benefits. In addition you will be producing letters and contracts for salaried employees including changes to payroll, HR monthly statistical information relating to new starters, overtime and cost of recruitment agencies. You will be preparing TUPE information as required, keeping personnel files up to date and assisting with travel arrangements for the team. In addition you will be able to provide disciplinary, grievance, absence and policy/procedure advice referring to HR Advisor and HR Manager when appropriate, following up with letters as necessary. You will also have the opportunity to work on projects as agreed with the Human Resources Manager.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Previous Experience in a HR Administration Role
  •  Previous Experience dealing with Employment Law issues in ROI
  •  Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.)
  • Experience of dealing with various key stakeholders
  •  Excellent Communications Skills
  •  Ability to work in faced paced environment
  • Ability to work off own initiative
