HR Administration Team Leader

Job Introduction

We have an excellent opportunity to join our HR Shared Services team, as the HR Administration Team Leader looking after a team of 8 HR Administrators. PeopleCentre has been open for three years now and has continued to grow; the team provides front line customer HR support to the wider Sodexo business. This is an excellent role for someone who is passionate about customer experience and thrives on developing a team.

Role Responsibility

Working  7.45am - 4.15pm and 9.45am - 6.15pm. These are alternated weekly.

Reporting to the HR Services Manager, you will look after a team who provide an efficient HR administration handling service. Responsibilities are varied but you will be coordinating the teams daily work tasks, improving processes and developing the team. Working closely with other areas of PeopleCentre, in particular Payroll and Employee Relations, you will answer queries and raise any potential issues. Team management is key to this role; you will be involved in carrying out individual meetings, development reviews, recruitment and training. You will also look for ways to motivate and develop high engagement across the team. The team handles a large volume of work on a daily basis and this role requires someone who can multi task and prioritise. The Ideal Candidate

• Experience of working within a customer service focused team environment
• Excellent HR Administration skills
• HR Generalist Experience including ER and how to identify potential ER issues
• Ability to identify and resolve potential problems or issues and take necessary actions to prevent them from developing
• Proactive and practical approach to problem solving and ability to identify areas for improvements in process, services and team ways of working
• Highly organised with ability to plan, delegate prioritise and multitask high volumes of daily service/ work requests
• Able to coach team members to improve performance and develop skills
• Ability to work in a demanding, fast paced environment
• Excellent task and time management skills

Package Description

£25,000 - £30,000 + 10% Bonus + Pension + Flexible Benefit Scheme + Sodexo Discounts.
