Grounds Maintenance Operative

Job Introduction

We currently have an opportunity for a Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a customer focused individual to join a world leading food and facilities management company, which can offer unrivalled opportunities for career progression

Role Responsibility

Duties include, Daily cleaning, weeding and litter picking of the Estate. Conducting GXP and production building cleaning. Conducting Horticultural maintenance of GSK Montrose site. Completion of schedules for Estate Maintenance team. Conducting allocated tasks and work orders assigned to the team. Ensure all work orders/tasks are completed safely and efficiently.

The Ideal Candidate

The Ideal candidate should have suitable experience within role or similar and relevant qualifications would be an advantage. Full Clean Driving license essential.  A practical, hands on worker is required. Knowledge of PTW and SSOW preferable. Excellent communication skills. Excellent attention to detail. A diverse, flexible team worker.

Grounds Maintenance operative required

Permanent Full time - Monday to Friday (40 hours)

Relevant experience preferable but training will be given
