Role Responsibility
- To oversee the grounds maintenance operations at site
- Responsible for maintenance and landscaping of outdoor areas and facilities on both sites.
- To coordinate the work duties of the ground’s operatives, and oversee that tasks are completed to the correct standard.
- Line management responsibilities for all the grounds operatives including, administration, training, managing performance, behaviours and absence.
- Oversee snow and ice operations
The Ideal Candidate
- Experience managing a team delivering Grounds Services at a similar environment is essential.
- Horticultural experience and relevant qualifications preferred
- Spray licence preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers, clients and staff at all levels.
- Experience of delivering training using company guidelines.
- Good time management and organisational skills.
- Strong team player and a ‘can do’ attitude.
