General Services Manager - Hard and Soft Services

Reporting to our Account Manager we are recruiting for a General Services  Manager to join our team. You will based in Swindon and take full management responsibility for all FM Services and the teams with full accountability for both soft and technical services delivery.

 

Role Responsibility

•Effectively manage the Sodexo team to ensure that exemplary facilities services are provided at site

•Accountable for £2million turnover

•Management of all soft services including technical services, Catering, Cleaning and Security on site plus any additional technical services

•Full P and L accountability

•Manage and control the services to the agreed specification and to the agreed performance, qualitative and financial targets

•Provide direction and expertise to the operating area by promoting Sodexo strategies and best business practices in order to uphold the Company mission and values

•Ensure strong client relationship is developed and maintained, allowing for organic growth opportunities

•Maintain strong client relationships

The Ideal Candidate

•Experience of having operated successfully within an outsourced integrated facilities management environment 

•Strong understanding of outsourced contracts

•Experienced in using Microsoft Office

•People management experience

•Ability to interpret and utilise financial and commercial information

•Excellent communication skills

•Achieve set, standards and operate to performance criteria; for example health and safety, hygiene

•Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative within a team environment
