General Services Manager

Job Introduction

This is a fantastic opportunity to enhance your facilities management career.  The Sodexo team on site at a major pharmaceutical company require an exceptional Facilities Manager to head up the delivery of Sodexo’s onsite services at a global pharmaceutical contract in Uxbridge

Role Responsibility

•Effectively manage the Sodexo team and to ensure that exemplary facilities services are provided across the client site

•Manage the full P and L account for all services across the site. This is a multiservice contract

•Deliver operational excellence across all Sodexo services, including catering, cleaning, logistics, grounds maintenance, pest control and laboratory support services

•Manage and control the services to the agreed specification and to the agreed performance, qualitative and financial targets

•Provide direction and expertise to the operating area by promoting Sodexo strategies and best business practices

•Ensure a strong client relationship is developed and maintained, allowing for organic growth opportunities

•Deliver services in line with a ‘Fast Moving Consumer Goods’ ethos, delivering innovative solutions to the client’s expectations

The Ideal Candidate

•5 Years’ Experience in a  leadership Management role

•Experience within a Corporate environment

•Experience of leading a food P&L

•Experience of leading AV/Meeting room services (could argue desireable)

•Highly computer literate, manipulating data and building detailed presentations

•People Manager

•Flexibility

•Experience within customer services or a customer-facing environment

•Experience of the Pharma sector

•D&L Experience

•Housekeeping experience
