Full-Time / Part-Time Receptionist

Job Introduction

Sodexo Energy & Resources has an exciting opportunity for a full/part-time receptionist to join our Admin team working at our clients site in central Aberdeen. The hours to suit part-time are 10am to 3pm  Monday to Friday and full-time hours 8.30am to 5pm.

The Receptionist will ensure that all first line communications to the company (faxes, telephone calls and visitors) are dealt with promptly and efficiently and in a courteous manner and complete additional duties as allocated.

Role Responsibility

  • Work is mainly assigned by telephone calls, visitors
  • Using computer software for the purpose of the role within Chrysaor
  • Assist with arranging travel as and when required
  • Ensure reception, kitchen and meeting room areas are kept in a clean and presentable manner especially in the Executive Area
  • Order and maintain stationery requirements as per Client requested
  • Assist with Fire Warden Duties
  • Ensure Meeting Room Hospitality is ordered or passed onto Site Manager
 

The Ideal Candidate

  • Clear and effective listening and oral skills are essential
  • Computer skills – experience in all Microsoft programs
  • Ability to accurately record all calls, faxes and visitors is essential
  • The post holder must be tidy in appearance and polite and courteous at all times to welcome
  • Experience in using SAP software is desired but not essential
  • Several years administration experience
