Front of House Supervisor
Role Responsibility
Support the Catering Manager/Services Manager with a heavy focus on retail but also all front of house standards throughout the barracks. This will include:
- Accurate and timely stock ordering
- Range reviews and stock holding reviews
- Provide staff training to the required company standard
- Providing excellent customer service
- Manage the profitability of the retail offer
- Maintain cleanliness of front of house areas
- Maintain the retail and front of house areas to the required company standard
- Support front of house offers across the camp as and when required
- Manage the cash accurately
- To close financial accounts for retail department on a weekly and monthly basis
Full training and uniform will be provided
The Ideal Candidate
Ideal candidate will have:
- Supervisory experience
- 2+ years experience in retail supervision
- Food handling qualifications
- Customer service excellence
- Cash management experience
- Comfortable with computer use
- Till service experience
