Front of House General Assistant
Job Introduction

Role Responsibility
As a Front of House General Assistant you will be responsible for:
Assisting with the preparation of and the serving of all meals and beverages to customers between three Catering outlets
Ensuring that the kitchen and service areas are clean and tidy
Ensuring health and safety regulations are followed Cleanliness and replenishing of vending machines
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate for this role will have:
Previous deli and restaurant experience (although training will be given)
Possess good customer service skills
Good communication skills - written and verbal
The ability to demonstrate great team work
The ability to follow instructions
Work well within a team environment as well as on their own
Package Description
- Working 07.00 - 15.30 / 07.30 - 16.00 / 08.30 - 16.30 / 09.00 17.30 Monday to Friday within our Clients European Head quarters, these hours may vary slightly
- This is a 24 month Fixed Term Contract when the position will be reviewed and may well be extended.
- Producing and serving, following training, 'barista' style coffee, to a consistently high standard
- Setting up the 'deli bar' to the agreed guidelines, following training
- Producing and presenting food on the deli counter to the standard required
- Operating a cashless till system
- Cleaning and hygiene duties
- The successful individuals will therefore need to be:
- numerate and literate
- have previous catering / hospitality experience
- enjoy working within a team and have the ability to communicate confidently to our customers
- be smart and well presented
- be proud to do this job to the best of their ability
