Food and Beverage Assistant (Fine Dining)

Job Introduction

We are looking to recruit a Food and Beverage Assistant for Fine Dining to provide day to day table service to the customers. Additionally to ensure standards of preparation, cleaning, delivery service etc. meet the needs of the company and client.

Role Responsibility

As a Food and Beverage Assistant for Fine Dining you will be responsible for:

 

  • Ensuring the correct standard is set and adhered to in all areas of service delivery - to include room set-up, food and beverage delivery and customer liaison to company and client satisfaction
  • Ensuring that, company and client statutory regulations regarding hygiene, health and safety, fire and security are complied with at all times and that all services provided and presented to the quality and standards agreed and maintain consistency throughout
  • Ensuring all duties are completed within set time scales
  • Promoting a friendly, helpful and professional service
  • Adhering to purchasing and stock take procedures- stock levels and effective rotation reporting at all times in line with the business
  • Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in all hospitality areas and in all tasks and duties carried out within the team- with special regard for personal hygiene and appearance
  • Carrying out any other reasonable duty that may be requested by management that pertains to the total operation of Sodexo

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate for this role will have:

 

  • Previous experience working in A grade restaurant
  • The ability to plan and prioritise
  • The ability to be able to work flexible times (some evenings)
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • An eye for detail

Package Description

Alternate shift pattern -

6.00 a.m. - 2.00 p.m.

12.00 p.m. - 8.30 p.m.

working 1 weekend in a month
