Food Service Assistant

Job Introduction

We are currently seeking a highly talented and driven person to work in the one of our Dublin sites.

We are looking for someone with excellent organisational skills, the ability to prioritise their workload and have the ability to communicate effectively with a range of audiences.

You will be working as part of a team but you will at times be expected to work independently and under your own initiative.

Role Responsibility

We have a very nice kitchen and restaurant and lovely appreciative customers.   We serve delicious food. We are looking for a cheerful team player with a positive ‘can do’ attitude who is focussed on delivering excellent customer service.  You will be assisting the head chef, making salads, prepping for sandwich bar, making sandwiches, keeping kitchen and sandwich bar clean, completing relevant HACCP sheets, helping with set up, serving and clearing out of breakfast and lunch. It is important that you contribute to the positive atmosphere and overall success of the team.

The Ideal Candidate

Fluent English.  Knife skills,  food preparation experience, HACCP training and awareness, customer facing experience. This is a lovely role for someone with a real interest in food and delivering top class customer service. We will teach you as much as you want to learn.
