Finance Manager, Supply Management
Job Introduction
We have an opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager to partner with our Global Supply Management team. This role supports the Global Finance Head of Supply Management, generating performance in areas of broker fees management, analysis and reporting for 11 geographic regions. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone to work across all the different business areas of Sodexo, supporting the global procurement team and undertaking a highly analytical role.
Role Responsibility
Partnering with the Global procurement teams you will be managing and migrating, as feasible, the management of the broker fee accounting, reporting, invoicing and collection processes, to the three legal entities under which Global contracts are signed. Additionally, you will also be the key business partner to the Services, Equipment and Supplies team (SES team) providing financial support, guidance and input on measurement, tracking and reporting of global and regional savings performance with regard to SES initiatives. This role will manage the budget, forecast and actual reporting for their business areas, providing financial analysis including modeling, contract evaluation and global savings. You will manage the interface with the different regions and drive open communication across the finance community
