Finance Administrator

Job Introduction

We are looking for a talented finance administrator to join Sodexo Government and Agencies Segment of a 12 month fixed term basis working from our clients office in Leeds.

The successful candidate will provide financial administration support to a newly formed project team and with the co-ordination of financial processes between Sodexo and 3rd party suppliers.

Role Responsibility

  • To complete the processing of project invoices, approvals and any other financial processes between the client, Sodexo and 3rd parties.
  • Completion of project team payroll processes where required
  • Ensuring all company and project specific procedures are carried out
  • Provide information in timely manner to support project reports

The Ideal Candidate

  • Able to prioritise workload and work to strict deadlines
  • Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
  • Experience of completing financial administration tasks
  • Comfortale working at pace and managing own responsibilities well
  • Excellent communication skills
