Finance Administrator

Job Introduction

We are currently seeking a Finance Administrator to work in one of our Dublin sites.

We are looking for someone with excellent organisational skills, the ability to prioritise their workload and have the ability to communicate effectively with a range of audiences.

You will be working as part of a team but you will at times be expected to work independently and under your own initiative.

Role Responsibility

An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a fast paced site based in Dublin 8. The finance administrator will be part of the office team on site & work alongside our heads of department. They will be responsible for the administration of finances for several of our departments on site that fall under our catering & facilities management services.

The role will entail that invoices/receipts are processed accordingly & where monthly accounts are closed per Sodexo policy.

  • Raising P.O's & Good’s receipt P.O’s
  • Following up on invoice queries etc 
  • Assisting with monthly finance closures

 

The Ideal Candidate

  • E-Prophit experience required
  • SAP experience (preferred)
  • Communication – good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to relate positively to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Flexibility – the ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team in a busy environment.
  • Good IT & telephone skills required

39 hours per hour
