Finance Administrator

Job Introduction

We are looking to recruit a Finance Administrator to support the management team at our Zurich contract. This is a support based role responsible for all administrative and finance related tasks for the contract.

This role has no fixed location 

 

Role Responsibility

  • To provide effective financial and administrative support to the Account Management team and Operational team allowing them to focus on their core competencies.
  • To be the point of contact for the client regarding month end reporting and invoicing queries.
  • Administrative support to the Management team including reporting, compiling monthly invoices, filing.
  • Manage the contract invoicing process for both core and reactive charges for UK & Ireland including the maintenance of the invoice tracker to check the status of invoices and ensure smooth and efficient cash flow process.
  • Liaise with Account Management team and Management Accountants to improve contract and team performance.
  • Effective use of SAP to assist in highlighting any issues or risks which may impact the successful delivery of the contract.
